- Fresh, Ohio-raised Bowman & Landes turkeys: 11-13 lbs. to around 21-22 lbs. ($4.59/lb.)
- Fresh, Ohio-raised Bowman & Landes bone-in turkey breasts: 5-6 lbs.; 7-8 lbs.; and 9-lbs.-plus ($9.99/lb.)
- Fresh, Ohio-raised Bowman & Landes boneless turkey roasts ($9.99/lb.)
- Ohio-raised Bowman & Landes smoked turkeys: whole, bone-in breasts & spiral-sliced breasts (prices vary; please call or email for information)
- Fresh, Ohio-raised Bowman & Landes turkey parts: wings, thighs, drumsticks, necks (prices vary; please call or email for information)
- Capons; we will not have geese
- Hams, including Falter’s bone-in & spiral (prices vary; please call or email for information)
- Standing rib roasts (bone-in & boneless); we cut and tie bone-in roasts at no extra charge for easier serving
- Whole beef tenderloins, trimmed
- Fine seafood, including oysters & cooked shrimp
- Ohio pies, including Just Pies and Stevens
- Lots of prepared, heat-and-eat holiday foods (we can also cook your turkey, standing rib roast, or tenderloin)

- Catering to Go (including platters); we need 48 hours’ notice for Catering to Go orders. Platters are priced by the person; minimum of 10 people. Entrees and sides are priced by the pound.

How much food should you order?
- 1 lb. of uncooked bone-in meat (like a turkey or standing rib roast) per person
- 1/2 lb. of uncooked boneless meat (like beef tenderloin) per person
- 4-6 oz. of cooked meat per person
- 4 oz. side dish or gravy per person
- 1.5 rolls per person
- Reheating instructions for cooked food, including turkeys
