Q: What can I order on Instacart from Weiland’s?
A: We have lots of our items on Instacart, including our biggest-selling deli salads and prepared foods, as well as most of our deli meats & cheeses, produce, meat & poultry, seafood, fine cheeses, frozen food and groceries.

Q: What should I do if I want to order something from Weiland’s, but I don’t see it in the Instacart catalog?
A: You can make a special request on your order. There are several reasons why some items will not be listed in the Instacart catalog; for example, they’re locally produced (like Just Pies and Stevens Pies) and don’t have a barcode or they’re not always available (like pies, as well as our smoked meats and soups) or they’re seasonal and/or very limited in quantity (like Ohio strawberries and morels).

Q: Are beer, wine & spirits available on Instacart?
A: No. Alcohol must still be purchased in the store.

Q: Are Catering orders available through Instacart?
A: No. Our Carryout Catering menu is not on Instacart. You’ll still order Carryout Catering for pickup by calling the store at 614-267-9878 or emailing us at contact(at symbol)weilandsmarket.com.

Q: Will you have holiday items, like turkeys and your Thanksgiving prepared meals, available on Instacart?
A: No, because most of our holiday items, like turkey and pies, are pre-ordered.

Q: How fast will Instacart deliver?
A: See instacart.com/Weilands using the Web or a mobile app for delivery times.

Q: How much does Instacart cost?
A: Please see Instacart.com.

Q: Where does Instacart deliver?
A: Generally, Instacart will deliver within a regular 20-30 minute driving radius of Weiland’s.

Q: Can I buy a Weiland’s gift card on Instacart?
A: No. Instacart doesn’t offer any store gift cards on its site. You can buy our gift cards at any register. Or, to buy a gift card that we’ll send to you (or your designated recipient), please call the store at 614-267-9878 or send an email to contact (at symbol) weilandsmarket.com.

Q: What if there’s an issue with service or I want to return something?
A: For customer service issues, please contact Instacart first. You can email help@instacart.com to report ordering issues or call Instacart at 888-246-7822. Instacart will do what they can to make any issues right, often offering a credit, refund or re-delivery, depending on the circumstances. If Instacart doesn’t resolve your issue, you can let one of our Weiland’s team members know and we’ll get involved directly.
